15 Day Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused with none of the decals removed from the backing paper. It is acceptable if the neck illusion was removed from the packaging and this will not affect the refund process.
Please send us an email explaining the reason for the return / refund to get the process started. You will be responsible for sending us back the un-used product. Typically, we will have you send back the product inside of a standard business envelope to save on return shipping. Once we receive the product back, we will notify you through email that we have received the return. Upon the approval of the return, we will process the refund immediately and you should see the credit applied to your original method of payment. Please note, we cannot refund the original shipping charge. Please check your payment institution for the refunded credit. This could take as much as 3 to 7 business days.
15 Day Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange your neck illusions fingerboard protector for a different design under the following conditions:

Please send us an email explaining the reason for the exchange to get the process started. You will be responsible for sending us back the un-used product. Typically, we will have you send back the product inside of a standard business envelope to save on return shipping. Once we receive the product back, we will notify you through email that we have received the return. Upon the approval of the return, we will process the exchange immediately. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to have the new neck illusion sent to you.
